Ramming Paving established an in-house Quality Control testing program to support all aspects of testing for the hot mix plants, lay down crews, and the quarry. There are 8 technicians with over 60 years of combined experience that are all TXDOT certified.

RTI Materials
RTI Materials opened June 2004. Located in Georgetown, RTI Materials has sold more than 1.5 million tons of crushed aggregate, ranging from base to concrete & hot mix aggregate. RTI has supplied base materials for SH 130, Parmer Lane and many other projects in the area.

Jimmy Whited, Certified Engineering Technician, Quality Control Manager
Jimmy has been employed with Ramming Paving since March 2005. He has 12 years experience in quality control, testing and management. Jimmy holds many certifications including TxDot Level 1A, 1B and Level II, ACI Grade 1 and Nicet Level III. He is also active in associations such as ACI and TXAPA.
